Dear brothers. It’s been a difficult year and I’m sure that many of you have worried about your families and yourselves. In moments of difficulty, remember to breathe, admire the beauty of each sunset, and recognise what you have control of each day. Continue to show love and support to one another and know that so many of us are here to cheer you on. We will be here as we begin 2021 together. Blessings, Jonathan

As I am writing this now, my Spotify happens to be playing the song “Survivor” by Destiny’s Child. Oddly, the timing 🙂 I had a severe mental breakdown during SG May Circuit Breaker, it was very bad. Everyday I broke, and kept breaking each day. Everyday I hit my limit. And you know what, each day came by and left, I surpassed myself. Yes, things are tough, I’m telling you what I know as an absolute fact, your mind can trick you to believe many things, make you believe today you will end it, end it all, when all things seemed hopeless, IT IS NOT. What is darkness? It is called balance, when there is darkness, there is Light. Tomorrow Will Arrive, You Will Get Through It. You are worthy ☺️💝
